Before & After: Pioneer Bridge Dairy

In 2009, nearly 4,000 trees were planted along the river at Pioneer Bridge Dairy and you can see how well they have grown!

Located halfway between Sydney and Newcastle in NSW, this forest is home to a lot of native bird life including the Australian Brush Turkey and Golden Whistler (a male is pictured here).

When it comes to climate action, these trees are working hard. Over their lifetime they will absorb the equivalent of a years worth emissions from 500 cars! That's more than 2,400 tonnes of CO2-e in total.

You can join the fight against climate change, help restore forests and increase biodiversity. Offset the emissions of your travel, household or car today >

Taken 10 years apart, these photos show the regeneration of the land since it was planted.
